Just sold an item and I am being charged a 1.65% international fee. The address is somewhere in Delaware, but the account is registered in China so I'm guessing it's someone forwarding the item.
But what really gets me is that the eBay site straight up says there are no additional fees for selling to international buyers. Do I just cancel the sale?
