People who travelled for honeymoon in July from India. Where did you go and how was it?

I live in Europe but my partner is from India, so we’re trying to decide between Maldives, Kerala, or somewhere in South East Asia.

Maldives seem to have rain during that time so no fun doing activities. Bali/Indonesia seem to be very crowded during that time.
Kerala do have monsoon but not sure how bad it would be.

Main concern is weather/monsoon in the first week of July. Would love honest recommendations from people who actually went around that time.
