Just replaced the tensioner, idler pulley system cause I thought it was going to fix it but no. I’m lost on what it is now. I’m guessing last thing could be power steering pump or so. When I take the belt off slightly off track the noise goes away. I know that is not a long term fix. Any feedback on the video would be greatly appreciated.

So just installed this tensioner but have a question about how tight. I saw a video that said torque to 33ftpd but also I noticed that it is not spinning like the top one. Do I have it too tight? Is it supposed to spin while it’s sitting there? Thanks in advance
