Uni of Edinburgh Chemical Engineering BEng ATAS??

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? DO I NEED ATAS FOR CHEM E BENG AT EDINBURGH?

Hi guys. I am offered a place for BEng of Chemical Engineering. I wonder if they can evaluate and transfer me to MEng right now (before the 1st semester begins) if I email them? Is it possible? I am intl and I heard that MEng is more advantageous. What do you all think?
