Chill coyote literally 15 yards off a trail. Eventually stretched and laid down without a care.
Chicago suburbs. Usually when I run into them they vacate pretty quickly but this guy did not have a care. Beautiful full coat. 10 minutes later ran into a second one on the move (third pic). A bit smaller and scruffier but still a beautiful animal.
