Hi! Im looking for an artist to work with to create a birthday scene with seven OC characters in anime style. I was thinking half bodies for the characters, adding a cake in the art, and a simple background I think is fine.

Deadline would be may 31st and budget is about $350 (negotiable if neccesary). Commission through Vgen is perferred, but not a must.
