Hi everyone,

20sF: Looking for a 1B / 1B apartment / sublet the next 3-6 months or more (now-September or end of the year), if available. Striving for atleast 550sqft, but flexible.

Looking for a short term rental from now (May move in) to until September or later, would like to move in later this month, June the latest if necessary. My Budget is $1400/mo or lower. Some utilities included would be cool, if possible.

I'm open to most areas, but I'd be most interested in Bronzeville, Pilsen, Douglas, Uptown, Little Italy, University Village, Noble Square, Buena Park, West Loop, Oak Park, near the University area or Fulton Market, since I'm most familiar with these areas. I currently live south side, and I have fair credit between 665-670. No prior evictions, no collections, or anything. No pets!

I’m looking for a place on the second floor or higher with W/D in unit. Preferably with no carpet if possible, (some landlords / building owners, don’t really clean or regularly replace them as they should). However, if carpet is only in the bedroom, I'll take it!

If anyone has any leads, subletting for the spring/summer, or a landlord looking for someone to lease, it would be so helpful!
Thanks again!

Hi everyone,

Has anyone actually & SUCCESSFULLY got a job / received an offer letter from either Flex Jobs, Spout, or Global AI in the last year, or even few months?

I understand all 3 are paid subscription based platform, that's suppose to make getting a job easier and faster. I've seen them marketed in the last few months, or heard about them on some threads on social media, but I haven't heard / seen any success stories and I would love to hear them, if they are being missed!

For months, I've using alternatives sites, applying to jobs directly on the company's site, and tailoring my resume for each job, and getting through multiple rounds just to get ghosted or go through 2-3 rounds just for them to hire internally.

So, I'm thinking about using one of them, since this job market is soo bad to help me, but I need to know are they actually helping.
