Do you think the internet has made people more informed or just more angry?

People today have unlimited access to information, news and different opinions within seconds.
But at the same time, online discussions feel more toxic, polarized and emotionally exhausting than ever before.
Sometimes it feels like social media rewards outrage more than actual intelligence or understanding.
Curious whether people think the internet is improving society mentally or slowly damaging it.
