I got my Switch 2 day one and upon setup everything worked great. The surround sound worked but suddenly I turn it on and noticed something weird. For some reason it's having some sort of issue actually recognizing my AV receiver surround sound. The weird thing is that when testing the audio the Left and Right speakers are working but the rest won't.
I later tested my other systems on other TV HDMI ports as well as through the receiver itself. Everything worked except for the Switch 2. At this point I'm at a loss for what to do about this.
My specs are:
• TV: LG C5 OLED
• AV Receiver: Denon AVR-S760H
• Switch 2 on HDMI 3
• Receiver on HDMI 2 with eARC support
Please help me, I don't have the most experience with sound systems and device compatibility.
