New tires today, 700c 47mm Continental Top Contact II. I figured 47mm was the limit of what this bike could take but there's actually still a good bit of room, I could have gone with a 50mm option. 50mm with knobs likely wouldn't fit, but a smoother option? For sure.

Tire height is where you'd run into issues first, but I knew this from trying an old set of 2.1" tires while I was building the bike. The fork is just kind of short.
