Gemini just sent an email 4x without approval

I was using Gemini to help me word an email. I did not have it connected to my Gmail in my workspace and somehow the same email was sent four times to the perspective client. Awful. Worse than that, they kept lying to me and trying to say it didn't send even after I uploaded photos of my sent mail showing it.

This is totally bypassed security and permissions. This is AI. Beware.

Back pain completely gone

Very fitness focused but struggled withlower back pain and tightness. Was hard to roll out of bed for awhile. Now, two years later, its completely gone. I owe it all to a friend that pointed oit that i wasnt doing enough lower body weight bearing exercise. Now, i lift legs one or two times per week: squats, lunges, press...a bunch of stuff. It seems counterintuitive but i can't recommend it enough.

Whats different about being a PE CFO?

Interesting that this comes up when interviewing for private equity companies. What's CFO's have worked in private equity and what's different about that role versus family business , public company, privately owned , etc?

My very wealthy parents guilted all of his kids and our families into going on a big family vacation this summer. My father booked a resort and is paying for the rooms. Its not a place we really want to go and not the time of year we would normally travel. But we are doing it for him and our mother.

Today he sent an email letting us know that we were expected to pay for all the dinners. This really irks me. Maybe i seem ungrateful, but they fly around in private jets while we all have young kids and are saving for college. I think I'm upset because it just feels really cheap and embarrassing. This probably the last time we'll do this as they are getting older and our kids will be off to college.

I just don't understand what goes through his mind.

Its the strangest thing. I can't find any literature on this. If i eat black beans for dinner I cannot for the life of me fall asleep. I toss and turn for hours. Anyone else?

Interested in community feedback.

At the gym in Miami and asked a woman if she was done with a machine that she left her weights on (did not rerack). She said she was done and I said "ok, I'll put your weights back", which I did before putting in my plates. No other interaction. I said it quick and didnt even look at her.

A week later, same woman is doing a 3 machine circuit including the smith machine. The smith is empty for 5+ minutes (weight still on) so i go over, remove her weight, add a bench and my weight and get ready to go. She comes over, pissed, and tells me she has one more set. She has a trainer with her, who i know and like. I say "guys you cant be on 3 different machines at the same time in the morning and expect to reserve them." He immediately pivots her to a different machine and I proceed to do my workout.

As I'm leaving I go up to the trainer, who was a little pissed. He said "next time just ask me," but i do I need to hunt around the gym when a machine is vacant for 5+ minutes and get clearence before I work?

Whats the protocol here?
