I had my first Vyepti infusion in November at 100mg. I tolerated it fine, but it didn’t help. I had a 300mg infusion on April 24th, and feel like I’ve had the flu and have been totally exhausted and my eyelids have been swollen. My migraines have been better. I’ve taken antihistamines and iced them, and the swelling continues. Has anybody had this reaction? It looks like excess fluid and is embarrassing and uncomfortable.

I have type 1 Rosacea and have large pores and sebaceous filaments in my nose and cheeks. My skin is extremely sensitive and I can’t use Niacinamide. My dermatologist said not to use toners. Please help? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Well, I thought La Roche Posay was supposed to be the safest, gentlest skin care products. But I’ve recently discovered I can’t tolerate niacinamide. I have awakened with red bumps all around my eyes! So can you please recommend a very gentle, niacinamide free eye cream? Thank you. By the way-rosacea sucks!

I don’t understand why this Viibryd is making me so nauseous. I was on 40mg for about 4 years and had zero nausea. Now I’m titrating up and am nauseous even at 10mg. I’m supposed to increase to 20mg Thursday. My anxiety is out the roof and I’m emotional. Please tell me the nausea will get better?
