Options for students for a casual beginner’s painting class?
So I’ve just booked my first instructing job via an event planner. It’s a casual afternoon painting class at a local park (will probably be all adults, and it’s for all levels; so, very casual).
I have a lot of freedom with the structure of the hour long class, with the event planner simply stating that we do a “cute little still life painting.”
But I am not sure what the set up should be. I’m concerned about there only being an hour, especially if there’ll be students who are inexperienced. I’ve never taught in this kind of setting before, just one on one, so any suggestions will be appreciated!
