To rinse or not to rinse after using special record cleaning solution (spin clean style cleaner)
I’m curious what people here think and do… I just got the humming guru spin clean cleaner and I know this record cleaning solution is specially designed for this, but it feels weird not to rinse these records after giving them a spin in the solution.
So far, the records I’ve cleaned (without a rinse and always in distilled water) have dried beautifully and sound awesome actually so I’m thinking it probably doesn’t need a rinse. But I’m also thinking it might not be a bad idea to give these a rinse cycle after the wash with a cycle spin in just distilled water.
Curious what others do. Thanks!
