It just doesn't stop

Started as a high school project. I bought a cheap switch and a small rack, and at the time I only had a couple of TP-Link routers. Then I started watching YouTube home networking videos and decided to get a UCG Ultra. After that, I thought, “Well, now I need a UniFi switch too.”

A couple of months later, I bought a U7 Lite and a U7 Pro, and I honestly thought that would be enough… but of course it didn’t stop there. We had a few Dahua Imou cameras, and they were, honestly, pretty bad. So I decided it was time to upgrade the cameras — and naturally, that also meant upgrading the gateway.

I ended up going with a UDM Pro, a G6 Turret, three G5 Turret Ultras (still need one more), and an AI Port. Today I received three vented panels and a patch panel as well.

I’m only 19 years old, and somehow I already have a pretty overkill home network setup for what we need, so I’m slightly scared to see where this hobby will take me 😄
