Flipkart Rizta buyers: Did you get complimentary Extended Component Warranty with Pro Pack?
Anyone here bought an Ather Rizta S via Flipkart with Pro Pack?
Wanted to confirm something, is the complimentary ECW (Extended Component Warranty) benefit still applicable for Flipkart purchases as well?
Ather support is telling me it’s not applicable if bought from Flipkart, but I can’t find this exclusion mentioned anywhere officially. The website wording seems to suggest Pro Pack customers are eligible irrespective of purchase channel.
Would help if someone who bought through Flipkart can confirm.
