New user coming from a Galaxy Watch
New here and just got a Pace Pro yesterday, coming from Galaxy watches and Strava. I can't for the life of me figure out how to import my past training from this year to my new Pace Pro. I really don't want to go through the whole process of being a new runner and the teaining plans start all over.
One example I've trained for my first half this past Sunday with another in a month. I have 9+ hrs of runs, bike rides and weight training just this week I don't want to loose.
I joined Strava in March and have Samsung Health data from last April/May when I started running.
I did purchase a Garmin Forerunner 570 as well so I'm testing both out before making the decision on which to keep.
Any help, tips or experiences appreciated.
