Man, what a night yesterday was! We got into a really bad fight. There was even physical violence. We’ve never been violent with each other before. He pushed me because I was slamming the door too hard—I was so angry at him. Something snapped in my head. I started hitting him, and he pushed me to the ground. After that, I ran upstairs as fast as I could, crying. Memories of my ex came flooding back; it hurt me.

I went to my own place. I think it’s really over between us now. My heart is crying so hard, because deep down I don’t want to lose him. But this just can’t go on anymore. I’m losing him! 😞
