I'm attending interview tomorrow morning and I have original certificates but won't have time for getting copies because of travel restrictions. Is it really necessary and will they check? Or original is sufficient?

22F. I went to kolkata 2 years back around d December. I was staying in a hostel. Mixed dorm. I reached in the afternoon and slept whole day. At night I was sketching in the common area because I couldn't sleep. There were 2 more people working. They were talking about their work, life, etc and one guy asked me a question. Took me a whole minute to realize he was asking me. I answered and he included me in that convo and they were giving me suggestions on what places to visit. Next morning I got ready and wanted to go to Indian coffee house. He suggested this place during our convo last night. I started from the hostel and after taking few steps saw him running towards me. He asked me where I'm going and I said to Indian coffee house. He gave me directions. It was close to the hostel we were staying. I said thank you and left without looking back. Did he want to come with me for coffee?
I stayed only for one day so didn't get the chance to see him again. I think I fumbled or maybe I'm just overthinking. Thought of the day lol
