Hey girls I have a question

What do yall drink after working out to replenish and how many times per week? Ive been working out for 2 years now and I had a terrible dehydration episode last year I felt like I was dying took me 3 months to hydrated once again and I've noticed that I get dehydrated so fast after working out I mildly sweat sometimes its alot when I go heavy and I only drink water well guess what im dehydrated again its the 2nd time its happened withing a couple of months and I have to rest and replenish All I drink after working out is water.

So yeah does everyone who workout replenish with something other than water afterwards???

What can I do? I recently got a filler done because my tooth had a small cavitie the dentist told me she dug deeper to clean more so the hole ended up bigger and she sealed it but this tooth is really sensitive when drinking anything cold or using mouth wash and I cant bite anything with it I can bite my teeth down but I cant grind on that tooth the sensibility goes away in a second it doesnt last she told me if it didnt go away she was going to do a root canal something I cant have done My tooth was not sentive to grinding, chewing nor cold before it got the filling It was just sensitive when I would eat dates/natural sweets like a sharpness that would go away. If my tooth is sensitive that means my nerve is alive So why get a root canal right? What can I ask her for? Cause the tooth is sensitive all over except the part where my tongue hits it can she maybe make the filler less close to the nerve? Like hollow it out a bit will that work?? At this point i dont even know... that molar is so visible when I sing 😂

She did tell me to give it time its been a month and 1 week she also told me to use sensodyne that just helps for a bit.
