Hi, I have an old (18 year old) SUV which I just repainted in March 2026. It was repainted using Glasurit paint and clear coat. I'm very happy with the outcome and the workmanship, no complaints with the quality of the paintjob. However, after repainting I've gotten a little paranoid on where I park, near to other cars that may ding my car with their doors, under a tree which may result in bird droppings, under the sun (can turn the clear coat yellow?) basically it was easier before I did the respray as I would park anywhere without any worry.

Would you guys recommend ceramic coating or any other types of coating? If so which brand is reputable and roughly how much would it cost for an SUV? I'm not interested in PPF.
