AMAZON 🚫🚨SCAM🚨🚫🤬 DELIVERED DAMAGE PRODUCT CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOT HELPING
I ordered Amul 200ml tetra packs worth around ₹5300 from Amazon because I’m currently on a fat loss journey and I drink 3 packs daily. Toned milk is not available near my area, so I thought it would be better to order around 2.5 months’ stock together instead of dealing with milk availability every few days.
Yesterday, one shipment of around 90 packs was delivered and many of them were damaged. Some packs were leaking, some were crushed, and milk had spread inside the boxes. A few packs even smelled spoiled. Customer care first said they understood the issue and launched an investigation. They told me to wait till the 16th for an update.
Today, the remaining shipment got delivered and again many packs arrived damaged in the same condition.
But now Amazon support is refusing to help. They are saying only yesterday’s shipment is under investigation and they cannot do anything for the packs delivered today. I tried explaining that the same issue happened again, but they straight up said they can’t help further.
The worst part is that now I genuinely cannot even figure out which packs are safe and which are damaged. Milk has leaked everywhere and dried up on many of the tetra packs. A lot of packs are dented and crushed, corners are wet and soft, and the paper on some packs is literally starting to peel and weaken because of the milk. Almost every package smells bad now because spoiled milk has spread all over the boxes.
At this point I honestly can’t tell which packs are okay to drink and which are not. Everything smells weird and contaminated.
Yesterday they were almost doubting me because I didn’t record a full unboxing video. But today’s shipment ALSO arrived damaged, so clearly the problem is real.
Now I honestly don’t even understand what I’m supposed to do with all these packs.
I still have the boxes, photos, videos, and damaged packs with me.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? What should I do next?
