Hi,
3 yrs ago a local installer installed our solar panels and two Dyness batteries.
I've noticed one of the two batteries has lost 30% capacity. When the batteries drain to 60% charge they suddenly drop to 30% and same opposite when charging.
I contacted the installer at the start of February and he's been giving me the run around for 3 months. Not returning calls, responding to messages etc etc
He said he's really struggling to get hold of Dyness support, has to speak to someone in China, they're in a different time zone etc etc. I've said not my problem and my contract is with him.
I sent a formal letter of complaint to him two weeks ago informing it must be sorted within two weeks and he quickly apologised and said it would be.
Latest is he's waiting on Dyness to send software through the post so he can diagnose it.
Three months in and the fault still hasn't be diagnosed!!
On Tuesday I intend to raise this with MCS to see if they can help and apply pressure.
Does anyone have any other advice or suggestions?
Thanks
