I have dealt with my fair share of companies that suck at customer service. But now I can say without a doubt that perplexity absolutely sucks the most. I have sent maybe 20 emails to their enterprise team and regular support and all I get is a response from SAM. F**cking Sam, the useless AI bot whose only response is this

“I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you - I understand you've been waiting 9 days and that's far too long. I’m escalating this to our enterprise team.”

I think that their enterprise team is non existent or maybe AI already took over their job, oh actually maybe not. Because atleast AI would get some shit done.

Summary: Be wary.
