Just picked up my son from being at his dad’s for a week. He texted and said he has a rash under his arm that he’s been putting aquaphor on. Just about to get him in the shower and it looks like this. He never gets rashes or anything this looks way worse. Going to take him to urgent care when they open tomorrow but any ideas?
