Im a university student (3rd year) looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment! Preferably a female student like myself.

The building is walking distance from campus, pet friendly, free parking and other amenities.

We would split base rent 55(mine)/45 so your portion would be about $980 per month

Base rent includes water, internet, and waste management flat rates - electric is separate and usage based.
