I want to preface this by saying I am aware and support the fact any non-black person should not say the N-word, even when it comes to singing to a song. As a white person, I was wondering if it is okay to replace the blank in the song of the n-word with a different word or if whoever is singing along should just close their mouth for that bit?

I’m sure I, unfortunately, sound like another pretentious white person but I am curious on what individuals of said community would say (while I’m sure in reality no one really GAF as long as it’s not the slur)
