Hi, I'm sorry if it's a dumb question, I don't understand these sites very well.

My order never arrived, after one month I signed it as "not arrived" now it's been two months since the first ticket. I had contacted the seller as well, asking them if they knew anything, and they told me the site would have refunded me. But it's been two months and nothing happened.

I updated the former ticket but I only got an automated answer. Why is it taking so long? I wished to reuse that money on a new order but it's taking forever
