So, a few days Ago I got a response From a Human "chia-hua" I received the same standard response as always, and then I replied with what was in the guide, and now it's been a week and still no response. The ticket is still open, but before it was marked as "submit and mark as solved," I didn't change that and continued waiting. Currently, only the "submit" option appears, and the name "chia-hua" has been replaced by a random ID. I'm wondering, did she not forward my ticket or was it forwarded?
