Need some advice or suggestions.
Hey guys I recently started work a woolies. It’s a small store so there’s very few aisles. I’ve been allotted a section to work in. Supposedly it’s only a 1 person job. But in other outlets I see atleast 2-3 in that department. I’ve been finding it very hard to work. I can’t keep up with the pace at which my manager or experienced store members work. There’s so many pallets that get unloaded every morning and it’s honestly super overwhelming going through it daily. I start work early mornings. With the previous days overs in the cold rooms, it’s impossible to have them out and then the new load comes in as well. It’s really hard to condense them and keep it inside. I’m getting overwhelmed and I wonder if they’ll tell me to leave if I don’t work faster. I’m employed on part time basis .
