I can do a touch of eyeliner and sometimes lipstick or gloss but I really don't know what to do to spice up my look for events or date nights. I like to be bright and colorful but feel like my makeup is so boring and when I do use more than a teeny bit, I feel goofy. Also my grandma said my skin looks bad (?????) so now I'm wondering if I need to do something different for skincare.

Some info:

I tend to have reddish cheeks or generally redness in the face.

I almost always wear glasses.

My eyes water easily so I tend to avoid mascara.

I have all sorts of makeup but literally don't know what to do with it.
