Hello! Been playing warband and bannerlord for literally decades now (crazy to think about). Took about a year break from bannerlord but recently came back and am loving it with new dlc. About 5-10 hours from the point in my current Nord run where I will achieve my goals and basically be past the point of failing (where almost all my runs end, I very rarely go world conquering too repetitive for me). So, I want some ideas of runs people have enjoyed. I have a few I've thought of, will leave below would also appreciate "that idea is fun" or "that idea isn't nearly as fun as you think it will be" comments.
Southern pirate run, using mostly empire and aserai naute troops (maybe a small group of huscarls I may not be able to resist) and basically being at war with everyone as a mercenary, hunting for big ship battles almost exclusively and raiding shipping lanes. Hopefully eventually taking over a rebelling city with a port as my pirate haven (any mods that would enhance this experience?)
I've actually never done a reunifying the Empire run, so thinking of doing that with a focus on a well-rounded army (have really enjoyed nords but definitely missed cav as run has gone on)
Purely mercenary run, hiring myself out to whatever kingdom is most desperate, just constantly having awesome, outnumbered battles forever and ever. Was thinking to use my little warband to make custom mercenary company troop tree for this as well
