Honestly, I’m so confused and stressed. So I purchased something off of someone and they sent me their email to zelle them. Well, I put the email in and I sent them the money yet they are saying they haven’t received anything. On my side, the money is already pulled from my bank plus it says completed however it says april 28th. I sent the money on April 27th.
I also sadly didn’t realize that my bank was showing a small notice that zelle is under maintenance. I did however send a 1 to my friend and she said she got it perfectly fine.
Honestly, I don’t know what to do in the situation. I won’t receive my product until the money is in the account. My only two conclusions that I have made is either it is just sending late because of the maintenance or I got scammed.
(Btw: not for drugs already got one comment, It was a game item for my niece :/ )

( Update: So my account was under the wrong name for some reason thats why the seller couldn’t find it! I did get the item thankfully! Thank you so much to everyone’s input! )
