Hi everyone,My roommate and I are both ndis participants and we are both possible looking into suing a company. I had a support worker take me to a train station 42 minutes away from my house as i were going away on the weekend, i got to the train station at 1:05 pm, my roommate calls me at 1:53 pm and tells me my support worker (male) showed back up to the house because he forgot his vape inside the house, he in fact had his vape in the car with me. Unfortunately he used that as an excuse to come inside the house and compliment my roommate and ask for her number and to go out, when she declined and walked him out he grabbed her butt(this is on our front door camera). She is planning on pressing charges as well as suing, i just learned that this support worker does not have a yelllow card or any qualifications, I have cptsd so for me I am pretty freaked out over this as i am also a young women with past trauma related to sa. I am also wondering if i would be able to sue as well as i am now feeling really uncomfortable about the situation that has unfolded as well as the fact that there was no yellow card or anything present.
