Like literally how hard can it be I have no idea why none of my numbers work, it’s as if they don’t want ppl to use their card lololol. I spent 2 hours in calls with different reps telling me different information, now they have to send me a letter in 7-10 business days to activate my card. ???? Billion dollar corporation

Anyone else have this experience? Also when I tried to log in it errored out at the password phase then said I had an account registered???? I called then said where’s my account and they had to pull up an account I deleted 3 years ago in order to verify me and still could not??? What the hell. Horrible experience
