I have a blackshark v2 pro (2020 I think) and have had 0 issues with it since I first got it years ago.
A few days ago the sound suddenly felt off, I can't really describe it I'm no audio expert but it just felt kinda shit.
I tried fixing it, saw a synapse 4 update so updated thinking that might help (only made it worse cos now the mute button on my headset no longer mutes my mic which isn't my headset mic thanks razer!) and upon researching found out that they had some changes with 7.1 surround sound and thx audio which would probably explain it. I always used the 7.1 surround sound thing and never the thx option and I had some auto update recently that fucked with it.
How can I roll it back to before all this nonsense that ruined my audio quality? Why the fuck would razer mess with it when it was fine? Are they just fucking morons? I'm genuinely so pissed at this I'm probably never buying from Razer again, actual dogshit
