Hi all, I've received the below quotes. I'm leaning towards the bottom one as best and the other green in second place but it's a lot more money.
For context we have a 4/5 bed house which is orientated WNW/ESE, I WFH 4 days a week and my wife 3 days. We have two kids and an EV which we need a charger for.
We also have an oil boiler and are planning to move to an air sourced heat pump at some point.
We inherited this shed when we moved in last year. The walls are rotten and bending away and I've had to put boards down to not go through the floor. The support strut things and roof look fine though. What's the best way to salvage it on a budget? Would I be able to just take all the walls down and replace them, and the same with the floor, or does the whole thing need to be replaced? I think it's just on a concrete base, does that matter, or do I need to put something on top to stop the floor rotting next time?
I really enjoy the personal touch some companies put into their communications, it really makes me want to use them 😂
I need an outdoor kitchen.
