Filed H1B extension + H4 and H4EAD BUNDLE in premium processing on March 2nd.

H1B approved March 19th

H4 RETURNED saying wrong form and asked to reapply with I-129CW (doesn’t even apply to me)

H4EAD - Biometrics March 20th (Completed)

Lawyer sent back the H4 application again saying it’s the correct form (I-539) but no response from USCIS since 2 weeks

Just wanted to check if anyone had similar experience with H4 rejection ? And if USCIS still processed your H4 as part of bundle after they fixed their error ?
