$300 Item Didn't Arrive - Staples Canada Saids It's Delivered
Just wondering if anyone else can help me manage my expectations. Ordered from the site last week....they say "overnight delivery" on the website, but was more like 5 days. Anyway, the online status doesn't change until today, and suddenly said "Shipped". Waited all day, no package. Called them up at 7:30PM, and they said it was delivered at 2PM. Now they're saying to wait ANOTHER 1-3 DAYS for someone to contact me back about it. I asked what company delivered it, and she said they do their own delivery?? I never got any delivery notification or photo proving they were even at the correct house.
I needed this item (like yesterday), and am now waiting through a fuzzy amount of additional time, with no known outcome.
Does anyone know what can I expect from here? Will they actually contact me in a timely fashion (or at all) ? What are the odds they'll stick me with the charges?
