Eleven Blue Rntz 🌀🩵🌀Flower Review 3.98% Terps

Nice Hybrid from Eleven, Blue Power X Rntz. Medium density buds, nice humidity, medium stank, some dark blue in the middle of the nugs. This is some of the first flower I have gotten from Eleven and I am pretty impressed. Nice floral tones 🌺🌸🌼, sweet and fruity as well, though no particular fruit flavor stands out. More like fruit punch candy 🍇🍎🍌🥭🍬. I’m getting quite a bit of terp tickle in the middle of my nose, almost made me sneeze, when I’m using the Universal Baller ball vape. Good afternoon effects, isn’t too Stoney. I’ve been hitting this strain pretty much all day today after my morning wake up terpinolene flower. For the price I’d grab some again. Purchased at ethos with discount, $49 per half oz.

Wake ⛅️ & Bake 🔥🌲 PA 😶‍🌫️😮‍💨💨🤗

What’s everyone packing in the DHV this morning? Who else has made the switch to Ball Vapes? 🔴🔴🔴☁️☁️☁️ ?!?

This 🍋🍒 🍨 tastes 🔥, with a glass of ice water 🧊 and a mug of tea 🍵 wakes you up but keeps you chillin. Good lazy morning buzz. I’ll switch to some Highaleah in a minute after I clean the rig again to get my dose of terpinolene ☀️☀️☀️ I miss having SLH#6 on hand first thing in the morning (I have a tiny nug I’m saving for a med bud to try)

I usually start with dabs but on Saturday’s I can relax in bed and sip the ball vape. Shout out to r/terpchasersclub Universal Baller, helped me quit smoking for good and level up my interpening skills.

Grinders Affecting Flavor?

Last night I went to grind some Eleven Tropicana C (3.8% terps; mrycene, limonene, b-caryophyllene) with my *only* grinder, and when I opened the lid to the empty grinder, it smelled so strongly of Kind Tree White Iverson (4.3% terps; a-pinene, b-caryophyllene, limonene) that I decided against it. They smelled way too different (Tropicana smells like strawberries and cream, White Iverson like a strong Indica with heavy notes of pine). I ended up breaking up the Trop C by hand, and it was one of the most flavorful vaping experiences I have had with flower in recent memory. Am I creating a Heinz 57-like flavor in my ball vape by not more thoroughly cleaning my grinder? Should I use multiple grinders and rotate with the strains? What are your solutions?

For the detail oriented folks:

I clean my grinder regularly with a dab tool, scraping as much keif and compressed oils as possible, but I don’t do anything else (freeze, iso soak, etc). I occasionally clean it with a razor blade when the residue gets too thick on the outside rings and it becomes difficult to grind.

I am med user so health is my top priority, next I am a flavor chaser. I have used grinders for 20ish years. I had a cheap 4 piece aluminum grinder for years that came with an old box vape for free. A couple years ago, when I noticed aluminum flaking off, I switched to a Santa Cruz Shredder Hemp (for health reasons) it’s not the *best* grinder, but is cheap and doesn’t leave any metal/plastic molecules in my flower (non-negotiable for me). I wouldn’t have a problem buying a few more as they are pretty cheap.

Edit: Grammar

10mm fixed straight tube, no perc, beautiful display piece…or so I thought. The open airpath makes this rig perfect for the Universal Baller ball vape.

I thought the vase/goblet design with the horn elements would be awkward to hold… it is so comfortable and ergonomic to my hand. Thank you to Warwick Glass for your amazing work, and thank you to Gualasaur Gallery for the hookup.

Following up on the hype train today. Unfortunately Organic Remedies Bethel Park did a sub-par job keeping the jar from spilling. 😢 Will taste test in a bit after I clean all this off my hands and jar.

I Picked up a half oz yesterday from Organic Remedies for $98, March ‘26 harvest. Curiosity got the better of me, I couldn’t help myself and opened the bag in the car. As soon as I rip the bag, 💥BOOM💥 instantly the car fills with dank. Folks, this one is LOUD 📢. I don’t notice the 1.7% pinene (1.31% alpha, 0.42 beta) in particular, the bud just smells amazing, and strong. Not the *best* bag appeal. Picture #2 is a more true representation of the color FWIW (I try to adjust/filter photos to appear as they do IRL but I am an amateur photographer)

Get her home and dump into a jar, NOW I am smelling the pine. My wife (who is non-cannabis consumer with a great nose) takes a whiff and comments how good it smells and that she’s getting strong pine too. It reminds us both of a bespoke maple syrup we tasted at a roadside sugar shack in Vermont. These people were infusing their syrup with balsam fir, which as you might expect, gave it a nice, bright, vibrant pine finish; like drinking syrup in a forest in the Green Mountains.

Grind and drop in the Universal Baller hybrid bowl, no preheat, rubies set to 500° instant clouds ☁️😶‍🌫️💨. Really solid flavor up front, pine all day on the back end. The finish is insane. Very much reminds me again of the aforementioned Vermont syrup. I spent the night ripping the ball vape and chilling hard on the couch playing video games with my kids eating too much Ice-cream. No back pain, no GI issues, no anxiety. Good Indica effects. Amazing flavor.

I think my wife is tired of hearing me talk about it but is still humoring me. I have had more success with good Sativa flower in the program (last Indica I had and liked, but was not blown away by, was 10Gs from Strane Reserve) I will be going back for more. If I were a bit more selfish, I wouldn’t have written this review so I might horde some more for myself… if you haven’t had a high Pinene strain yet, and you are a flavor chaser like myself, do yourself a favor and grab a quarter of this beautiful tree. 🌲

Purchased at Liberty Pittsburgh for ≈ $73 for 2 grams on sale

Appearance : Two wholly unique textures and colors. Outer ring is wet, viscous, gooey texture. Mostly homogeneous with small, infrequent specks that appear to be THCa crystals, light yellow color similar to straw or Hefeweizen. Inner ‘thumbprint’ is less viscous, heterogeneous, with larger, more numerous and visible crystals suspended in a relatively transparent goo. Appearance may be the highlight of this particular rosin for me personally, hence why I gave extra consideration in description for visually impaired or otherwise disabled patients.

Smell: 9/10 (would have been a perfect 10, but I was expecting more complexity than the Hindu GDP alone, and I don’t think it was there. The smell may be equally enjoyed (to me) between the two rosins, but here the thumbprint is docked a point because I think there should be more going on when combined, than either of the individual strains alone, and this was not the case for me. I.E. if Hindu GDP was a 10, I was expecting this to be an 11, and it was not, E.G. score of 9.

Straight from the Terp Kooler - subtle chemically smell, sort of like plastic, maybe indole? Hints of whipped cream and a touch of lemon and citrus. Something is sour. Interesting, surprised.

After warming up ≈ 30 minutes - smells a lot like Hindu GDP alone to me (see my other review for more details). I have in my stockpile both the Hindu GDP and the blockberry x triangle kush individually. This thumbprint leans heavy on the Hindu HDP aroma once warmed up. Maybe your mix is different, or perhaps you are more sensitive to different terps. I was a bit disappointed. Funky, cheesy, overall not as strong/pungent as the Hindu alone. Maybe some pineapple?

Taste: what? Huh? Ticka ticka shitz crazy?

390°F - warm palette. Similar to Hindu GDP at a higher temp (450° for me) but muted. Wool, cotton, flannel, smooth with a bit of funk. A hint of bitterness on the finish even at the low temp. Yummy. But I might prefer Hindu or Windu for the lack of bitterness at the finish.

410°F - confusing. Like, normally when I do tastings I exhale and speak aloud to myself various flavors, thoughts, and sensations that I then immediately write in my interpene journal. On the exhale I literally thought… ‘Huh?’ And then just kinda sat there. I dunno. I guess I reminds me of Hindu and Windu with maybe some fruit on the finish, but it was really lackluster. Just kinda of empty tasting I guess? Taste unclear.

430°F - Musty? Musky? Both? I am confused. Nothing is standing out and nothing is particularly unpleasant. It’s kinda just blah. warm palette still.

475° F - crank it up why not? A little Smokey now. A little bit of spice. Crunchy Cheetos in the after taste? More bitterness now, but also something else. Too hot for a jam imho.

Overall Taste: 6/10. Not for me, I’ll try it with some other rigs and temps, but right now it’s going to the back of the fridge so I can taste some other jars. YMMV. If you are curious, wait for a good sale. If you haven’t had a thumbprint and you are stoked to try one, maybe skip this drop and wait for the next X.

Effects: Because of my high tolerance I don’t review effects. All the PA live rosin works for my medical needs.

Setup:

My tastings are done with a 25mm quartz bucket banger, bubble cap, and one terp pearls. Pulled through a mini 10mm Kevin Murray traveler rig with a 3 hole perc and distilled H20. I clean my banger with a 3 step process (dark crystal > iso > distilled H20) between each dab, and clean my rig between tasting. Temperatures reflect the readout on my PID/coil and not the actual temp of vaporization, which is typically 35° - 50° cooler based on multiple averaged IR readings of the quartz in my rig. All hash is stored in a Terp Kooler set to 60°F and slowly brought to temperature throughout a tasting.

Session Process:

I cleanse my palette with filtered water between tastings and temperature changes. In take three dabs, one per temperature, including reheats. Often I will repeat a multi-temp tasting on a single strain at least once compiling notes at the end.

Purchased at Liberty Pittsburgh for ≈ $90 for a baller jar (3.5g) I also recently picked up a Hindu thumbprint and a Hindu cold cure mix as well as some SF Hindu GDP flower (which was kinda old and lackluster). This one is probably my favorite of the bunch.

Appearance : medium wet waxy/gooey texture, homogeneous, yellowish brown color, tan. The color of an unfiltered hazy IPA

Smell: 10/10 - so much going on. See pics for details re: receptor areas
Straight from the Terp Kooler - ginger. Very light floral notes, overall very subtle scent, but definitely some hints of ginger are popping for me

After warming up ≈ 30 minutes - ginger is totally gone. I smell funk and cheese, some mild gas, very mild citrus, and a sweet floral tone in the background. If I stick my nose right against the edge of the jar it smells quite a bit like I’m cooking steak in the other room. Getting cheeseboard vibes.

Taste: yum
400°F - So complex. I almost don’t want to turn the heat up anymore. Hindu is crushing it at 400. Notes of cheese, funk, citrus, and gas right away. Reminds me of lemon Stilton or a citrus fruit infused chèvre. Soft, smooth, sweet, and well balanced.

420°F - heating up more brings out a different palate, now the flavor is warmer, I’m getting notes of spice coming on. Like cinnamon, clove of ginger rather than a chili spice. I’m still tasting cheese and funk. Mild terp tickle, one sneeze.

450°F - and the shift in flavor is complete. No more floral notes. We have reached the cigar club. Now we have smoke and wool/cotton accompanying the cheese. Wow.

Overall Taste: 10/10 - this strain may not be for everybody, but it has something for most folks flavor wise. Multi-dimensional, and funky (probably my favorite kind of flavor in rosin) so it works for me! For the price, I will definitely be picking this one up again. Completely blows the Standard Farms Hindu GDP flower out of the water.

Just picked up a zip. Ok bag appeal. Solid smell, bright, but some chem as well, not straight terpinolene, there are some other things going on. Same with the taste. Definitely high terp ☀️ but more balanced than super lemon haze. Good daytime strain for me. Smooth hits, no anxiety.
