Looking for Advice to Avoid Injury

Hey all, I’m on week three and I noticed this morning that my knees have been consistently very sensitive. It’s impacting my speed and ability to push through the run/jogging parts. I use the Bend app to stretch after my runs, but it’s starting to feel like they’re getting really enflamed. I don’t think I’d consider it an injury at just this point, but it is getting close, and I really don’t want to hurt myself. Any advice to help with that?
