If I submit my apps on the day applications open (June 2nd) but am not invited to an interview on the first wave, does that mean I'm rejected (because apps are reviewed on a rolling basis)?

How should I add research publications and presentations on my app?
Should they go under the descriptions of my research lab? Or should they have their own section in the activities?
Also, do I need to add the DOI in the descriptions? Or do admissions not care to read the paper?

They want me to quickly put down the first month lease and deposit and they sound really fishy.
