Is this a good deal? Giant TCR Adv 1+ PC (2022) for $2300

Hey everyone, I found a Giant TCR Advanced Disc 1+ PC 2022 on Marketplace for $2300 and wanted to ask if this is actually a good deal, I’m not very experienced with road bike pricing, but it’s a carbon frame with Shimano Ultegra, disc brakes, and carbon wheels, and it looks to be in decent condition from the photos; does this price sound fair or should I try to negotiate?
