Plasti dip ideas for my OEM rims?

I could buy nice rims from enkei or something but painting these is cheaper by a lot, and I don’t hate the shape on these wheels.

Kinda want to do a two-tone thing using the silver and black sections but I feel like that could look super tacky. Suggestions?

Looking at this ‘97 sambar, should I be worried about this CV boot?

the rubber looks very brittle and close to tearing

Is the montana LLC loophole something cops here give a shit about?

I’m wanting to import a kei truck from japan, but as far as I can tell it’s pretty much impossible to get one registered here, so I’m thinking of setting up an LLC in a state like montana and register it to the LLC. I know this is a loophole some states like california have started cracking down on because people use it to get out of sales tax on supercars, but considering the lax attitude the police here have towards plateless vehicles I would imagine they wouldn’t care about this either as long as I don’t speed. and it’s a kei truck so I would have a tough time speeding in it.

In states like nevada where it’s illegal to use kei trucks on public roads, would the same restrictions apply to cars like the toyota townace?

considering both the engine and the truck are larger, I would assume it would be able to get around the restriction while still being a kei-ish jdm truck
