Everybody has seen the dozens of daily “legit check” “is this real?”

“Grandpa left me this” posts.

They invariably feature shots of an awful fake with obvious tells & we all have a good laugh roasting the OP.

However, the amount of awful fakes I’ve seen both online & on the wrist of people in the wild is starting to affect me wearing my gen Rolex.

I sport a humble 214270 & I love it but the sheer amount of fakes out there does have a detrimental impact on my perception of the brand to an extent.

Am I drastically overthinking this or do others feel the same?
