First cook on Weber Searwood 600 XL
First smoke on anything in general.
Very happy with how it turned out.
A little disappointed with the lack of smoke flavor, but I mostly grill with Mesquite so it might just be a preference thing.
For the ribs I did the first hour at 180,
the next hour and a half at 250,
wrapped ribs with butter, honey, and bbq sauce and 275 for another 1 1/2 hours.
Brought up the searwood to 600, unwrapped ribs and seared for 10 minutes.
