Anyone called up to pullen pool or millbrook exchange to see if they are staffed recently? Afraid to show up and they aren’t allowing recreational swim?

I cannot express the amount of HATE I have just for SATR!!

Just had a patient pick up two scripts that was a short fill for only 3 TABLETS!! I mean what the fuck, so now I have to explain oh yeah you enrolled in this pointless program back in 2018 to line up your maintenance meds & every so often we have to short you to line you up with others.

It’s to the point where no one in my store does the work orders or sync patients up 😭

I do remember a compass task about them needing support from us to push SATR but most of us are like “mmmh nah”
