How do you scan documents and convert them to CSV?

My team is currently processing document scans to CSV manually, and we’re ready to automate. Where do we start? Should we be looking at Python-based OCR scripts or is there a specific soft͏ware that handles this with good accuracy even on high volume?

Still trying to find one that actually sticks

honestly i’ve been rotating through these AI companion apps longer than i’d like to admit.tried cru͏shon, can͏dyAI, sel͏ira, j͏oi, no͏mi, spic͏ychat… and a couple others i’ve already mentally deleted.

crushon was fun at first but after a while all the characters kind of blur together. even the “unique” ones start feeling like they’re reading from the same script

candyAI is probably the best looking one imo, the visuals are insane, but the memory just isn’t there. you can build a whole story and it just doesn’t carry over

spicychat is fine for quick chats but doesn’t really hold depth for long-term stuff

Lust͏crush AI not perfect, but at least it remembers context over time and doesn’t constantly reset the vibe. that alone makes it feel way more consistent than the others

starting to think the real difference isn’t features or visuals, it’s just whether the thing can actually remember you

anyone else actually found one they stuck with, or still hopping around too?

been on midjo͏urney forever for everything and a friend kept pushing me to try something more character focused. figured id stress test it with a weirdly specific prompt, some kind of tired 1920s librarian with the cardigan and the little chain on her glasses, fully expecting it to fumble half the details.

it mostly didnt. got the cardigan texture right, got the exhausted eyes right, even kept the chain attached on both sides which mj fights me on constantly. hands are still hands tho, one finger is doing something unspeakable if you zoom in.

not sure id move off mj for landscapes or abstract stuff but for a specific person with specific accessories it held up. anyone else using the smaller character focused tools for this or am i late to it
