Best AI tool for keeping characters consistent?

I keep seeing a lot of tools claim they can do consistent characters, but in real use most of them start drifting pretty fast.

HotPhotoAI keeps coming up for custom training and character locking, but I haven’t seen enough real-world feedback yet. Has anyone here actually used it, or found something better for keeping the same face/body across a whole set?

What’s your go-to right now for character consistency in AI-generated art?

The Morning's First Verse

The café doesn't truly wake up when the espresso machine hums to life, or when the heavy oak doors are unlocked, letting the crisp morning air slide across the floor. No, it wakes up in the quiet, suspended heartbeat right before the first sip is taken.

Perched on a delicate branch of crema, a solitary sparrow is frozen mid-song—sculpted entirely from velvety micro-foam and rich, dark espresso. Every line of its form, from the soft curve of its chest to the crisp definition of its feathers, tells the story of a fleeting masterpiece poured with absolute precision. It is art meant to vanish, a beautiful contradiction designed to be destroyed by the very person who admires it.

Bathed in a dramatic, moody overhead spotlight, the porcelain cup becomes a tiny theater of warmth. Outside the beam's edge, the world falls away into a deep, comforting shadow where the aromas of cinnamon, roasted beans, and old, polished wood linger in quiet harmony. For just a few seconds, the steam rises, the sparrow waits, and time stands completely still.

Universal Racer

Don't forget to upvote if you like what you see!

This will be the last ship I post for a little while. I want to post a few other things. I will come back to these later though. I promise. I have plenty more. 😂

This ship is designed for a short distance, ultra high speed, drag racing. It's maneuverability is trash, but it's acceleration & top speed are the best in the known galaxy. It can be raced in, & out of the atmosphere.

I have more A.I. Art on my Reddit page.

Feel free to check them out and let me know whatcha think!

Thanks!

I try to post every day.

Battle of Teutoburg Forest 20,000 Man Dead - Dark 15 min AI-made war film about the day Rome lost three legions

A while ago I posted my AI-made Battle of Vienna short film here, and it got a lot of great feedback from this community, honestly, that helped me improve a lot.

I’ve just finished my next one: a 15-minute cinematic film about the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest, 9 AD. Arminius, Varus, and the day Rome lost three legions.

I tried to make it feel like a dark historical war film rather than a normal educational video: betrayal, occupation, fathers and sons, and a Roman army slowly being swallowed by the forest.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback, especially on the pacing, visuals, sound, and whether the story is clear.

I’m also curious what people think about the final battle sequence, does it feel too brutal for YouTube, or is it still within the kind of violence you’d expect from a historical war film?

Full film:

If you enjoy it, a comment on YouTube would genuinely help push it further. And if something doesn’t work, I’d rather hear that too.
