Does Bloodrage Aura passive from Cheese Moon when in Arsenal slot actually give you the 5% crit rate? was anyone able to verify factually? Because when in weapon slot, it clearly adds it to your stats, but in arsenal it doesn't

Do the stats actually do what they say they do?

So, I was switching around some items and then i realized that Dexterity doesn't actually give you any crit rate. just check your crit rate before and after equipping dexterity items.

Also, as a secondary question, what about Armor? does armor mean nothing if the enemy is higher level?

Is there something i'm missing related to the server structure? i barely saw 5-10 people around the world in 3 hours of gameplay. No chance to find a party for the mine dungeon. But steam says theres 10k online.
